Users have the ability to upload corrected log files from previous file upload submissions. From the Data Management section of the registry you working with, choose Data File Process Status to see a list of uploads. Click the ellipsis in the Action column of the the upload that you want to correct. Then click Download Log File:
This will download an Excel spreadsheet to your download folder:
Open the spreadsheet, and note the cells framed in yellow or red. Hover over each cell to view the associated error message. You may need to click the Enable Editing button at the top:
Cells framed in yellow have warnings, while those framed in red have errors. Records with warnings, and no errors, have been loaded to the database. Records with errors have not been loaded to the database.
You can make changes to the downloaded spreadsheet, and upload it following the steps that were done for the previous upload to correct the errors. Note: The filename will need to be changed to a filename that has not been used in a previous upload.
