Cancelling a Case Form
To cancel a Case Form, first use the Case Forms link to locate it. Then click the ellipsis on the right side of the page to view the drop-down menu, and click Cancel:

A confirmation box appears. Enter the reason for the cancellation and click Yes:

Restoring a Case Form
To restore a Case Form that has been cancelled, first use the Case Forms link to locate it. Then click the ellipsis on the right side of the page:

Click Restore:

A confirmation box appears. Enter the reason for restoring the form and click Yes:
