To update a Case Form, first use the Search Case link to locate it. Then click the Case # to open the form and perform your updates: 

Once you have updated the form,  enter a comment giving a reason for the change in the comment box at the bottom of the form. A comment is required in order to update the form. Click Update Case at the bottom of the form:


If there are errors, error messages will appear in red at the bottom of the form and next to each field in error. You will not be able to update the case until the errors are resolved. Click Close if you want to cancel your changes.
