Logins
Since each facility ID can only have one online user, it is essential to use the existing login to access an account. The account should be updated to a new user if the existing login user is no longer responsible for the accreditation process.
Note: After the online user changes, the prior user will no longer have access to log into the facility account or any of the facility information or applications. The new online user will have login and access to all facility information, applications, and potential PHI provided by the facility during case submissions.
There are two ways to change the online user login in ROPA:
If the current online user is still associated with the facility, they can log into their ROPA account and select "Profile" from the "tabbed" section above the left menu. Then, they can follow the prompts to complete the online user change.
If the current user is no longer affiliated with the facility, please ensure that the new user has not registered for an account in the ROPA system. To request a login change, submit a support ticket request including the following information:
Facility (FML) ID number
First and last name of the new login person
Email address of the new login person
Phone number of the new login person
Login Change Request form:
The ROPA Login Change Request form is attached below. It must be signed by the supervising physician or facility administrator listed for the account.
Should you need to change the login credentials for your ACR ROPA account, the request must be authorized by either the supervising physician or facility administrator for all programs except the mammography program. The lead interpreting physician is authorized to request a login change for the mammography program.
Please note that login changes are account-specific and will only change the Facility ID(s) provided in the request. The names and email addresses of the supervising physician or facility administrator must correspond with the information already present in our online database. Any discrepancies may result in the request being denied. We encourage you to contact the accreditation department for guidance and assistance if you are uncertain about this process.
