Its also important to know that questions sets are not allowed in CME activities. CME can only be claimed once for each CME activity.
If you require a minimum score to pass the activity, if the user does not pass, they will be prompted that they did not pass but they are able to try again and their answers will reset. They will be allow as many attempts as needed.
When the users successfully passes the activity, after completing the survey they will be able to view or print their CME certificate. If a users is Technologist, Other or Phisicist the button to print certificate will say "View/Print Certificate of Participation" (COP).
Once you press create, pick the cases that will be including in the activity by selecting the cases and pressing the blue arrow between Case List and Case Order. When completed you can preview the activity or returning to the Activity home to assign the activity open and set it up for publication.
The Survey URL used should be the one in the embeded area of Jotform.
