Time zone is based on your primary institution in RCMS. Each institution is linked to the institution's main Zip Code. 


  1. Verify if the primary institution is correctly setup.
    • Login into the advance are of RCMS
    • Click on "User Accounts", under "Product Administration" Widget on the left side of the screen.
    • Look for your account by typing your "First Name" and "Last Name" combination. 
    • When you see your account, click on the "Edit" button.
    • On the bottom of the page, you will see the institutions.
    • Make sure your primary institution is bold and says "Primary" next to it. If not, all you need to do is click on the correct primary institution. 
  2. Verify the Zip Code is correct in your primary institution. 
    • Click on "Institutions", under the "Production Administration" Widget on the left side of the screen. 
    • Look up the name of your institution 
    • click on Edit 
    • Make sure the Zip Code is correct to the primary location of your institution. 


Now please make sure you are able to see your time zone shows correctly.
