Report Types
There are four types of reports available in NRDR:
Published Aggregate Reports compare facility performance with registry and regional statistics (e.g., sites of similar type, location, census region/division) and national registry benchmarks. Reports are produced quarterly so that sufficient data are available for benchmarking, and they are posted on the NRDR site in PDF and Excel format. Users are notified, via e-mail, when aggregate reports are loaded and ready.
Interactive Aggregate Reports also compare facility data with registry and regional statistics, but are available on an ad hoc basis. Reports have some interactive features, such as dynamic filtering to change data aggregation, and are generally formatted for download to .CSV or .PDF formats.
Operational Reports allow registry users to query and review data, on an ad hoc basis, for their facility. Most reports have filters to help users restrict results using specific criteria.
Interactive Reports allow users to query data and gain additional insight through filtering, hovering, and drill-down interactions. Some show aggregated facility data compared to registry and regional statistics, while others show detailed information about specific exams.
Accessing Aggregate Reports
Published Aggregate Reports and Interactive Aggregate Reports are available via the Aggregate Reports menu item on the NRDR Homepage Facility Management menu.
For more information on Aggregate Reports, consult the registry folders in Understanding Your Reports.
