MIPS Reporting Fee invoice notifications are sent to the Corporate Administrator on January 5. Payment is due by March 15.
Where to Download the Invoice
The Corporate Administrator can download a copy of the MIPS Reporting Fee invoice in the NRDR Portal using the following menu path:

Payment Options
MIPS Reporting Fee payments may be made by check, ACH, or credit card.

Updating Physician MIPS Reporting Status
Practices or physicians no longer using the NRDR QCDR for MIPS reporting must update their status in the NRDR Portal.
Where to Update Reporting Status
Go to:
Corporate Account Management > Operational > Manage Physicians
Individually Update a Physician's Status
- Go to the Manage Physicians page.
- Click Edit in the Action column for the physician.
- Change the MIPS reporting response from Yes to No.
- Save the updated record.
Batch Update Multiple Physicians' Status
- Go to the Manage Physicians page.
- Click Export Physician List.
- Update the column labeled Submit Data for CMS.
- Save the file.
- Click Upload Physician Data File.
- Select Choose File.
- Click Upload.
