In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to change the status of an activity or simulation. Faculty can change the status from In Progress to Completed or Completed to in Progress.
As Faculty, access the Faculty Module Tab from the Admin link located on the portal or from the Activity Designer within RCMS Advance area.
Once on the Faculty Module, select the activity and enter the User Name and click Search. The user will be displayed. Click the button under the Status column (In Progress or Completed).
A pop-up will be displayed. Located at the bottom will be a field listing the current status and a drop down option. Click the drop down menu to select a new status. Once selected, click Save or Cancel for no change.
