Sometimes a user will start an activity or simulation without updating their demographics (i.e. resident level) when requested by the system.  If incorrect demographics is saved to the user's responses, their score comparison and benchmarking will not be accurate.

Faculty can update a users demographics "after the fact", once responses are saved to the activity or simulation.

As Faculty, access the Faculty Module Tab from the Admin link located on the portal or from the Activity Designer within RCMS Advance area.



Once on the Faculty Module, select the activity and enter the User Name and click Search. The user will be displayed. Click the button under the Status column (In Progress or Completed).

A pop-up will be displayed.  Located at the bottom will be a field listing the current demographic for the user and a drop down option. Click the drop down menu to select a new demographic. Once selected, click Save or Cancel for no change.
