The area of Cortex that is designed primarily for staff is referred to as the “advanced area.” This area is optimized for advanced users of the system. If you ever see a link to “Admin” or “Advanced Edit” or "Advanced Interface",  the advanced area is the area to which we are referring.  If you cannot perform a specific function or set up the case as desired, contact support for instructions to access the advanced area with details on what you would like to do.
