To view the activity status for a student or resident, a User with Faculty privileges will have access to the Faculty Module tab from the Admin link on the portal.
Click on the Faculty Module tab to access this module.

There are three activity status available on the Faculty Module:
- Not Started
- In Progress
This status is used for filtering the User Details list for the selected activities.
The status will display the progress of the user for that activity (Not Started, Completed). In Progress activities will display a progress bar and how many cases are completed with the total number of cases for the activity. Faculty can also click on the status displayed in the User Details tab to see a list of cases for that activity.
An email can be sent to the student / resident directly from the Status pop-up box. Click the gray drop-down arrow next to the name. Click on the email address to open and send an email.
The status and demographics field with corresponding buttons will be grayed out until a change is made. You will then be able to save or cancel the change.
