This error message indicates that your RCMS user account was not assigned user credits. User credits are used to tag the case with your "author" information and institution when you create a case. If you are associated with multiple institutions, you may have multiple user credits based on the multiple institutions. To add user credits to your account, contact your User Administrator or ACR Support.
